Adopt-Dont-Shop

My friend's cat had 3 kittens, but her father doesn't want them and neither does anyone else in town. His solution is to have them put down. 
There's one kitten in particular I want, but I can't even afford him let alone all three. It's not the price of the kitten that's stopping me, but the price of getting him from Louisiana to Washington. Please help, these kittens were only born August 9th and I have a single month left to raise $200-$400...

I'm attempting to raise money by doing commissions, but it'll take a LOT of commissions to even reach $100.
Please please help... donations, commissions, I'll take anything at this point.
